Striped Tiered Skirt

Blue-and-white vertically striped midi skirt with a gathered, tiered construction and a softly flared silhouette. Designed with an elasticated waistband and long self-tie drawstrings at the front, plus a wide hem band for structure. The skirt falls to mid-calf with light volume through the lower panel.
